: Comfortable apartment in a good location within walking distance to major sights in San Diego. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics. There is some noise from the airport, but it just sounds like a bit of wind every now and then. ear-buds are supplied.
: The walls are thin and you can hear a lot through the a/c. So you can be unlucky to have neighbours who have loud intercourse or screaming arguments in the middle of the night. I was unfortunate enough to experience both in my 4-night stay. The host cant help you, because due to the noise coming through the a/c, it is impossible to pinpoint its exact origin

: Clean room, good space, thankful for fridge/freezer in room as well as good sleeping accommodations. Close to a lot of good stuff in SD.
: The location is a little sketchy. There are several homeless camps nearby which make it a little dodgy at night especially. Also, theres no elevator, so if you come with a lot of luggage be prepared to go up several flights of stairs with what youve packed.

: Spacious, fair value, reasonably priced, decent bed,code room entry is kind of nice not to have to deal with any rental staff
: some of the furniture seems pretty dirty. 10am checkout is too early, although host wanted to charge $50 to check out at noon, he allowed a grace period of an hour for no extra cost. there was no drinking water provided but there is a vending machine in the building

: Room was big and very clean it had everything that I needed I was very pleased with the room within itself
: The staff were rude they weren't accommodating they were like judgmental they just did not seem like they had a good customer service.. wouldn't stay here again
