  : The room was a beautiful size room with all the right touches and furnishings, the bathroom was also beautifully designed as was the carpentry of drawers and closets.. there was plenty of space for everything. The arched window was a nice touch.
  : The shower was full of long hair.. I told the housekeeper the next morning and she cleaned it but still did not clean it entirely. Teh staff does not clean the room with any thought to organizing a vanity top .. there was no shower cap, and no replacement of cookies once eaten. the cleaning was made up of a made bed and replaced towels and tossing of garbage, in other words no greater detail to cleaning..

  : Checking in staff very accommodating. Bell hops, bar and restaurant staff friendly and great service. Hotel very clean. Great location.

  : Extremely professional staff, beautiful facilities, very comfortable rooms. Restaurant food at lunch and dinner were exceptional.
  : Unpleasant unexpected surprise that there is no breakfast buffet at this location, nor concierge Lounge for frequent guests. À la carte breakfast from the menu in the restaurant was preposterously overpriced, and included cold potatoes and toast so cold every morning that the soft butter would not even melt.

  : Location was exceptional- right in the heart of town, close to the cable car, union square shops, restaurants and cafesValet team were very helpful and friendlyReception team were all lovely, friendly, warm, helpful and suggested so many local things (restaurants, how to get around, provided us with a map etc) Restaurant in the hotel was really good, and Corzetti, one block away was fantastic for dinnerComfy room, well sound proofed from the noisy streets, lovely decor and lovely spacious room Humongous shower and bathroom which was very comfy! Gym and restaurant were both really good too
  : Very dusty in the rooms- unfortunately my partner had one of the worst allergic reactions to our room and he’s not usually allergic! Visible dust and dust mites on the mirror behind the bed and also in the gym on the equipment. Assuming on the carpet too Very thin pillows which isn’t our vibe unfortunately Shower pressure was lovely but the hot water soon becomes luke warm after a few mins and doesn’t go any hotter
