  : The staff were so hospitable! The location is very prime as it is walkable to Chinatown, the Ferry Station and all other key areas.

  : Location was great. We wanted to take advantage of several places in Chinatown, and it was easy to get there and back. It was fun staying at a "classic" hotel where you leave the key at the front desk whenever you go out.
  : Maybe better blackout curtains? Beyond that, nothing stand outs. Really nice staff.

  : The suite we stayed in was beautiful--very well-appointed and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We would have liked a little less street noise, but that's nothing to hang the hotel on. We'd come back, and probably will.
  : The room gets hot during the day, though a ceiling fan in the bedroom helps. I called the front desk about this, and the first response was "You should be on the elevator side, it's steaming over there!" Secondly, her suggestion was "Open the window--I guarantee you'll be freezing tonight!" I found those responses a bit snarky, and they really didn't provide a great solution. (Just tell me there's no A/C in the building....)

  : A lot of rules in the placement object are tiring. In my opinion, an adequate person will not do what a fine is supposed to be in the rules of the accommodation facility
