  : Room was clean. Bathrooms were clean for the most part. They made effort to keep the place clean. The staff was great always pleasant and willing to help or give advise. Laundry area was clean. Close to public transport.
  : Spent 19 days days had to ask for a freshening up of the room three times before it was done. The location was rough. A lot of homeless and drug addicts outside, as you step out of the hotel they were right there on the street. Free wireless was absent for the first couple of days and was unreliable for the most part.

  : They have a laundry room. The hotel is also located next to a lot of bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was really good.
  : Everyone complains about the location but that’s beyond their control so I’m not letting it affect my rating. Room wasnt comfortable at all though. It didnt have a heater so it was really chilly inside. Our towels basically never dried in the 4 days we were there. There was also no lamp or any kind of light aside from the bright ceiling lights. Bed was too soft and gave both of us back pain and they only provide 2 thin pillows and a thin duvet. Towels were also really old, thin, falling apart, and had stains. The most annoying part was the leather of the office chair in the room that was peeling off so we had leather sticking to us everywhere - on the bed, on our clothes, bags, etc. Also no hairdryer and the elevator was broken the 2 days we were there. Windows also dont block out the noise that much. One night at 3am we woke up cause someone was playing loud hiphop music outside. We were on the 4th floor but it still felt like they were playing it right outside our window. The hotel could’ve at least provided earplugs. On the last day they let us leave our luggage after check-out but they just left it right outside the reception room where everyone could have access to it so it was kinda useless. Overall wasnt a comfortable stay at all.

  : It was clean, very helpful staff, and close proximity to the conference, transport, and tourist aspects.
  : The hotel was excellent value. I'll use it again. San Francisco is what it is. Union Square is a tough place to walk around early in the morning or late evening.... I wish I'd be prepared for that. Whilst I was fine, glad I didn't have my family.

  : Helpful staff. Overall acceptable stay.
  : Cleanliness can be improved... and chair was in a pretty bad condition. Just be prepared with the noise... random music coming off downstairs. Screaming and shouting. Etc.
