  : Good location. Host will appear nice initially, but that changes once she collects your cash (won't take any form of payment that will give guests recourse).
  : Avoid, avoid, avoid. I should have taken the negative reviews more seriously, but didn't. Don't make my same mistake. You should also be skeptical of the glowing reviews, as the host, Selma Cristina Sanchez, holds guests' deposit hostage.The bed was dirty with weird particles in it (see attached message), kitchen wasn't clean and had roaches in the sink every time I returned, no hot water in the shower, no privacy curtains in the living room, and loud ACs. In addition, there are several non-functioning items not disclosed until you have paid in full, including the stovetop.To make matters worse, the host ran the same deposit scam on me that others have described. At check-in on Friday, she verbally said she would return my deposit "immediately" after I check out; at check-out, she changed her mind to 5 days; later it became 14 days. After her self set deadline passed, I called and texted, no response; then she blocked my number. I prodded Booking.com to assist on March 8th and again today, March 13th. After several calls and messages, she is now claiming I damaged the ironing board so she can keep my money. You will see in the attached images that I sent the host a message 6 days after I checked out (and 5 days after her inspection service)--no mention of any damage.To be clear, I checked out over two weeks ago and there was no mention of any damage...until today; clearly, she decided long ago she was going to keep my deposit and will dream up scenarios to do so. Care to guess when she took the picture that "shows" damage? Yesterday, March 12th (see Apple tracker on the picture she sent me today)...again, I checked out on February 27th and she has had other guests since.I expect the host, Selma Cristina Sanchez, to respond with her usual aggressive denial seen in other reviews, so please review the attached images for proof.   : Location, location, location (very central). Off street parking in ramp using chip card. Friendly host with good knowledge.
  : It did take a meeting with the host to check in. But it was well worth the tiny hassle becuz she covered everything we needed to know.

  : The convenience of the place.
  : When I tried to call her to give the directions to my taxi driver she got irritated and hanged up. Then she never fixed the wifi connection and at the end the apparment got flooded and I noticed when you asked her for answers she just ignore you. In overall sometimes she was nice and sometimes not.

  : This Proprietor is an unsavory individual. She misrepresented the Kitchen, as she disconnected the Stove Top. She lied about us damaging 2 towels. Then after she kept our Deposit, Later said we broke the stove and Refrigerator. She scared us into paying her $10. a day for parking because she told us it was not a safe neighborhood and later we found an outside parking area free with lots of expensive cars in it. She charged a cleaning fee upfront and the first day we gave it a real cleaning. The tub was clogged with hair and we had to take tweezers to get it to drain. Also, we had to pay in cash because she would not accept Credit Cards. This took 3 trips over 3 days to pay her in cash, $500. per day the ATM limit per day. She would not come and meet us for a final inspection which Booking.com requires.

  : She meet me at hotel, took pictures of my ID , and said she only take Zelle. I sent Zelle and she scammed me. Turned power off and didn’t answer phone
  : Owner turned power of on 2 day and never answered phone She offered us refilled water bottles Gave wrong WiFi password Blood on blanketDirty stained towels and ragMildew soap in soap dispenser ( very stink ) Television channels didn’t work Rained all day so “dish “ cabel didn’t work Ignored me when I told her about issues Bed is supported with blocks of woodNeighbor are loud and stare at you Have to walk to back of building to get in , no front door access

  : Security 24hrs, controlled access to the building, one parking spot included in a secured garage parking, very clean apartment. The host is very nice and helpful (she even helped me carry my suitcases up to the apartment!).
  : I didn’t like that there is no window curtains on the living room, these are needed to help preventing the sun heat from coming into the apartment during the day. I would prefer a bigger fridge, the one in the unit works well but is too small. ( I always buy frozen pasteles, empanadas and all varieties of food to fry at home)… but Because of the small size of the fridge, I was not able to buy frozen food to bring with me on my flight back home. I had no place to keep them frozen. Didn’t like that there is no pool or beach on walking distance but it was an exchange for having a safe property with parking. A car is a must if you are in PR.

  : The unit I was in was very clean. Selma’s place felt like home.I was kinda sad to leave.My last night I had to get another room and wished I was back in Selma retreat space again.
  : The property was close to most of the activities we were looking to do and was accessible be uber.Good walkability too!
