  : Other than current renovations, which seem to be finishing, the location was peaceful and quiet. Not far from downtown Santa Rosa and plenty of stores for groceries or necessities nearby. Pack some basic cookware if planning to use kitchenette.
  : Concrete steps are a bit steep and can get slippery when wet. Something to note if your ability to climb stairs is limited or compromised.

  : Front desk staff was amazing! He is so friendly, cheerful, kind and helpful. The location and price is great. It was quiet and the on property restaurant was very good.
  : Room as not very clean. Old ketchup spill on table not cleaned off, which made me wonder how well everything else really was. Even so, the room smelled so strongly of disinfectant that it was almost unbearable to sleep the first night. We put out the "Maid Service" sign the second day but it was never cleaned. Right outside of our door under a balcony they were storing about 30 old lamps so it looked very trashy. There was a dead bolt lock but no security lock on the door. The refrigerator never got very cold. Also, one coffee pod for two people staying for three nights? At least they were nice and gave us as many as we wanted when we asked.

  : This is just about the nicest inn I’ve ever been in. Modern bathrooms, plenty of space, and a balcony to beat.
  : The location is not great if you’re a light sleeper. Bring earbuds. Also, some facilities were broken but eventually fixed.

  : The whole stay was disappointing.
  : The customer service was total s**t. The owner has now consideration for the customers. Wether they're there for a short stay or an extended period of time. The complications that my wife and I had encountered with extending our stay has never been so difficult. The Owner came to the property the day we were supposed to check out, if we hadn't booked an extension. I have a wife whom is going through extreme postpartum depression and anxiety, but we have a newborn, 2 service animals and of course, all of our belongings. These people literally could not have been more inconsiderate. They had us move all of our belongings out of the room (I literally had to move everything myself while my wife was watching the baby), and wait until check in time came around. The gentleman whom I'd assume is the property manager is a good individual. He was willing to help as much as he was able too without getting himself into a wreck. I appreciate the effort he put forth and he made it a priority to show that he knows how much of a struggle we are already experiencing as well as what we could possibly experience. Very perceptive human being.

  : The room looked remodeled however the lamp shade was cracked and her on by a hair tie. Some dust on things that should have been clean.

  : Nothing they refused to honor my reservation. I had stayed there Wednesday and Thursday of the week prior and paid $100 deposit.But on the following Monday I was asked for a deposit of $200. (The room was less than that) when i showed them i had only paid $100 4 days prior they just said it was there new policy and she left would answer me when i asked her to please cancel on there end so i would not be charged if they were not going to let us sta. They even hung up on the Booking.com staff that called trying to resolve the issue and did not respond to any messages or emails and kept my money
  : Horrible customer service, basically stole my money by charging me for the room and wouldn't let us check in
