  : Big appartement not far away from the centre. Great beds and well equipped kitchen.Just nearby a Kroger market : very useful !

  : We enjoyed the front and back porches during morning and evening coffees. Parking was a bonus and because we enjoy walking it gave us good opportunities to walk a lot to and from the river and historic districts. Lots of towels and a washing machine!
  : It is situated on a quiet street but when inside the house you can easily hear anyones conversations outside or the apartment upstairs. Also, this apartment has only 1 full bathroom and a VERY small half bath. The front bedroom really needs an armoire so that you can hang / store clothes. No instructions for TV such as streaming services etc.

  : The property was in a great walking location to all the fun spots of the city. There were also plenty of room for the 6 people it says it sleeps.
  : The thermostat was locked and the property manager didn’t know the code. Therefore it was very hot and no one could sleep comfortably, we woke up many times because everyone was so hot.

  : This unit was beautifully decorated and very bright since it is an end unit. It is nicely finished and the inside furniture was comfortable. The place needs a little TLC...the furnishings were a little banged up and had a few stains, artwork in some places was removed from the wall and on the floor instead. The kitchen space was nicely done and very clean. The towels were newer and there were plenty provided
  : We rented this place specifically for the outdoor living spaces advertised. Outdoor living space/seating is NOT as shown in photos. Unlike the bait and switch advertisement photos for this exact unit, there are ZERO cushions for the outdoor furniture, not even the white whicker set they highlighted on the backporch. When I asked about the cushions, I was told that cushions aren't included (making them useless)? Odd since I was renting another unit two doors down (same corporate owners and building) and that back porch had cushions. They need to remove the photos with cushions if they aren't included. The backyard garden does NOT have a table in the grass area, just benches...the front porch furniture is mostly wood and not very comfortable. My Chicago sister saw a roach in the bathroom. I didn't see it, so I wasn't sure if it was a German Cockroach or a water bug. Either way, unpleasant.There is somevroad noise since it is an end unit that has a busy road on one side.The off-street parking behind unit was full even though we were promised a spot. Luckily, we found a spot on the street nearby.
