  : Fantastic, quiet location in the center of the historical district, surrounded by cafes. The valet staff and cleaning staff were great and the online check in/out was swift and effective. You can self park at one of the public car parks nearby - valet was $45 per day.
  : The photos were certainly on the hotels best day - our experience was shabby. Our hotel room was missing items you'd expect in a 4* hotel missing and/or items were broken, e.g., the pack and play, mirror and towel rail were broken, and there was no bedside lamp to be able to read and no fridge. We upgraded to have a balcony, but there was no patio furniture on any balcony, so it was essentially a waste of money. The hot water pressure dropped almost every shower we took over 5 days and the plumbing made very loud noises. Also, there was construction happening a few doors down, which was loud throughout the morning/day. Finally, I got a massage at the spa, and it was not what I expected - certainly not a trained therapist - and very expensive for the "massage" in a weird room. I informed the customer service rep via text of 2 issues and received no reply. There were more issues regarding the TV package and cleanliness of curtains/bed skirts etc. We traveled alot and are used to staying in a wide range of hotels - a 4* hotel should have addressed the issues above. Ultimately, we felt this was a very expensive stay, and were throughly disappointed. We won't stay here again and will not recommend the hotel.

  : Nice lobby, rooms are well air conditioned and beds comfortable. The room was moderately clean but dusty and felt like it needed a good wash in corners and on light fixtures. House keeping didn’t accommodate when I asked for floor to be recleaned and side tables wiped. Location was central and walkable. Pool very small and not appropriate for anything aside from lounging and very bare bones gym.
  : Needed to be cleaned better. No included breakfast, amenities sub par.

  : Comfy bed, nice shower and love the area - easy to walk to everything.
  : I was put on a floor next to scaffolding construction and my a/c would not work properly - it felt muggy. I was only there one night as I was passing through but at $300 a night I would expect better rooms. Downstairs at the in house restaraunt I would give 10 stars , the food and drinks were immaculate. I also really enjoyed the in house coffee bar. The staff were all amazing.

  : Very nice lobby and room design. Comfy and decent sized beds. Nice view out of windows. Nice restaurant near by.
  : Beds smelt like chlorine. Bathtub floor was a bit dirty. There was no body soap when we got there. Staff is unavailable during extremely early or late hours. Small trashcans. Valet parking only has 1 or 2 people working. Entire lobby had an intense perfume smell.

  : The location and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The downstairs lobby area is very beautiful and gives you a southern charm when you enter.
  : Unfortunately, we had a room where the air was not working, and they needed to clean vents. The tv in the room on the 3rd floor was very small. We eventually had to get another room. The second room felt wonderful. However, there were not enough towels or any shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the restroom. The walls are very thin, the rooms are adjoining, and you can hear all conversations or any activities next to you. Normally, we do not hear any people next door in other hotels. We could hear the people next door when they coughed, laughed, talked, and they were not loud guests. You can just hear everything. We were disappointed with the overall room.

  : My room did not have a proper working ac unit. I tossed and turned the entire night because the room wasn't cool enough.
