  : Decent location close to food, store if ya need it and set back from the road so minimal noise. Plenty of counter space
  : Cleanliness could have been better. Shower pressure was good but head was messed up so sprayed all over the place.

  : Staff kept opening my door if the lock wasnt on it they couldve just walked in!!! They did this 2 times already!! I wont be staying here anymore they dont communicate with each other and they just open ur door unannounced!! Very upsetting!!!

  : Did not like anything. Outside appearance seemed good. Room would have been ok if it didnt smell like dog pee. And if the TV would have worked.
  : I did not like the dog pee smell in the room. We did not like the rudeness of Brian the front desk person. I have NEVER had such a bad experience such as this. We mentioned that the room smelled like dog pee and they said there is nothing that they can do about it. He said we can refund you your money. I said if I can find another place we will do that. As we came down here because my husband was having surgery the next morning and we needed a place to stay. We tried to find another room at a different place right there but it seemed that all places were booked. So we accepted some air freshener and went up to the room. We were going to try to spray an air freshener and try to live with it. Then the tv did not work and the back of the remote was missing. So we called around and found another hotel. So I went down to tell Brian at the front desk. I told him that we found somewhere else so he has an open room if he needed it for someone else. That we would like to be refunded. He Copt an attitude. He mentioned he had a bad day. I said I am sorry he had a bad day. He was rude. I told him I would do a review he said I dont care they will just bump it that they are doing a booming business and one room isnt going to hurt them. He said I will have to call booking.com to get them to give me a refund. I said May I have their number. He said one moment and could not find it. Then said do you know how to Google? I just looked at him. I said since you all deal with them can you just give me the number? He went somewhere and came back and said it was on my email reservation. There is more but there is not enough space in this box to tell in detail everything. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When arrived the elevator was not working also. But they did get it working.
