: Beautiful and clean
: The mattress was worn out and had no life in it, when my husband laid down I kept rolling into him because the mattress was too saggy and broken. I then moved to the pullout sleeper sofa and laid all night on a terrible mattress and a cross bar in my back. No sleep possible with that set up.

: 100% overpriced. Why are you offering a single $4 cookie at checkin? Most hotels offer a free cookie at checkin. Typical Amish trying to extract as much $$ out of non-Amish. Also not one single smile from front desk or any other staff. Hotel was not full and we were put in the furthest possible room away 301. Ice machine and room key didn’t work. Only positive was the breakfast.
: Zero smiles or anything even close. From any employee. Not just front desk. I’m absolutely disgusted that you are trying to charge $4 for a cookie at checkin.

: They put us in a room the very furthest away. Next to last in the building. I inquired about another room said they were sold out. I think I was given this room as she mentioned we booked thru a 3rd party
