  : The owners were awesome and the setting was beautiful. They let us store our fish in their freezer and let me borrow chairs for my parents for the 4th of July parade.
  : The waffles for breakfast were good but it would have been nice to have a breakfast meat to accompany them. We also had to hand wash our dishes for the breakfast provided, but that wasn't a big deal.

  : We stayed in The Log Cabin at Kings Haven Lodge. A charming, very authentically built log cabin, in a pleasent green woodland setting with a lake. Our first comment was “what a shame the covered deck did not look across the lake. The facilities were very good with everything you could need for self catering but for 3 adults it was very cramped… and for 4 would have been impossible! We called it the 3 Bears House, and had a very nice stay. The owner was very helpful and congenial. One tip … get precise directions before you go, it is quite a way out in the woods of Soldotna….we ended up at the State Troopers asking for directions….. they were very helpful! We would stay there again.

  : These items were very minor to our stay, big chair took up a lot of room. Maybe replace with room for 2 comfortably? Single bed could have been more comfortable. WiFi was a bit spotty at times.
