  : A stunning location right on Lake Michigan. Quiet surroundings (except for other guests). A beautiful setting to watch the sunset or have morning coffee. Newly remodeled rooms, nice little kitchen. Clean.
  : One of those places where registration (which is required online to confirm booking but this is not mentioned in the listing on Booking anywhere) involves a TON of rules and regulations. If I'm spending at this price point for a lake front place, I want to feel more welcome and less like I could be taken to court. Consider a more friendly and less lawyer-heavy check in experience, lol. The queen "lake view" room was odd. On the corner of the motel style building, without much of a "view" of the lake. Most of the view is taken up by the large metal/tent building used for events. Lots of windows, but the windows mostly face public areas where a lot of guests walk by, insufficient window coverings (ill-fitting blinds, can see through and lots of light in the morning). The windows absolutely need light blocking curtains. No soundproofing for outside guests; each room has it's own sliding glass door and picnic table along the motel style building, so everyone outside is audible. Very expensive for the motel-type rooms. It's a tradeoff of course but even with the location, it's too much $$$.

  : Very friendly owner, waterfront is nice with gazebo, fire pit and seating. Did not use pool or hot tub. Our room had a nice picnic table and so did the others around it.
  : Bathroom could use a larger counter

  : Peaceful beautiful property on the shores of Lake Michigan! Beautiful room and the peace and quiet was so needed.
  : No food!! It would be great to serve breakfast. Its a drive into town for food

  : The location was great. Had a nice little Sandi area where you could look over to see the lake. It said it had a beach, but you cannot access the lake from the beach unless you had wanted to scale down a bunch of huge rocks which I wouldn’t mind doing, the little kids.
  : The room smelled really bad. There were these very strong, chemical poperi balls that were white and looked like Marge Simpson pearls. They were so strong. I ended up putting them outside and just dealt with the smell. There were lots of dead spiders, all in the corners of the rooms/ ceiling also noticed there were some dried blood splotches on the cover of the bedspring sheet on outside; so they must’ve had bedbugs at one point in the past as you could tell they’ve been washed and dried . Did not know how to work The shower , was unaware had to pull down on the ring that The water comes out of the tub so I had to take a bath. The hot water didn’t last long at all maybe five minutes.? Could not get any Wi-Fi out where the little rooms we were staying in we literally had to go to the playground and sit on these decrepit picnic tables I had of paint on them curling up, and the tables themselves and seats were all bowed, so it was not very comfortable
