  : Proximity to town shuttle bus. Hot tub. Room on lower floor so no need to take suitcases up stairs.
  : They have discontinued breakfast. No regular coffee in the rooms. No attendants onsite because all fully automated. This is not nearly as good value as it use to be.

  : I missed the human touch. Everything is done by e-mail and sms. No receptionist. But all worked well.

  : Price was reasonable for season end. Location was right across from a Springdale free shuttle to the Zion National Park visitor center, where you catch a NP shuttle to different points within the park. That works well as the VC allows only 1 hr parking for pvt cars. Parking was relatively close to the unit. In room Nespresso machine and mini-fridge were convenient. Daily housekeeping was a nice feature.
  : Seems like the photos on Booking.com and the company's website are way way too flattering, and set guest expectations far too high compared to reality. Honestly feels like bait and switch, which I don't appreciate. The learning may be to text Montclair for current pics of what you're being offered before you commit (and can't cancel). There must be another side to the place that better matches the Booking.com and company website pics. I saw nothing on either site that that looks like the sad unit where I stayed (a strip of rooms in the bldg with the laundry facility). To me, the unit looked like it hadn't been remodeled in 20 years or so. The furniture looked cobbled together, not sleek or modern like the online pics, the arm chair barely fit under the desk, some bath towels were honestly slightly dingy grey - not appealing, lighting was harsh. Room heater was helpful in late October 2023, but had not acceptable level for sleeping, and had to be turned off anyway at night due to the noise level. Laundry room was very outdated and dryers weren't very clean. No front desk and apparently no one on site (tho available by text) - that seemed efficient in a way, and not very welcoming in another.
