  : 1. We couldn't have room that we reserved and prepaid (3 x queen beds) without reason. They put us the room with sofa bed the room no. 404. I couldn't sleep so complaint very hard but only next day they changed the room without any compensation. Man in front desk said that director will contact me but she did not contact 5 days until we check out but only answer to my mail when I made official complaint. She said that she will make refund of the night but after nearly 1 month now, nothing is refunded. This is really terrible hotel and staffs. 2. Room 404 for the first night was very dirty and had very strong strange bed smell. 3. If they gave us sofa bed room, sofa bed should be prepared for sleep but there was nothing prepared so we had to wait till blanket and pillow come to room. 4. Breakfast is terrible and coffee machine always broke down. 5. Breakfast room (lobby) is terribly cold. 6. There was insect and bugs in the room. 7. They didn't clean the room many days during entire staying. 8. Shower system is really not easy to operate and water stream is not good. 9. There are really bad smells in other room too at the corner of room. 10. Refrigerator sound is really loud during the night when room is quiet. 11. TV is not working after 2 days. Don't go this hotel ever!

  : There was a good variety of food. There was fresh fruit, cereal, hot food, etc. My husband was satisfied and that was my main objective. It was our 55th wedding anniversary and included the OSU football game.
  : The elevator was nasty. We had trouble using the TV. We could only get one channel which was the animal planet. Other than that the stay was okay.. The handicap room had a tub with a shower that was difficult to work. It did have plenty of hand bars.

  : Rooms were big and comfortable, staff friendly.
  : Bathroom was aged, shower did not work right, tub did not drain. Cleaning staff started cleaning room before we even checked out of hotel. We carried some stuff out to our car and came back to do a final room check and grab the rest of our stuff and our key would not work and the cleaning crew had the rest of our bags in their cleaning cart.

  : The staff was very pleasant.
  : The location was the main issue. We did not like that the hotel was so far away from the interstate. Also when my husband went to take a shower, the handle fell off. And the breakfast was really bad.
