  : Location was perfect for our trip. Breakfast was standard and as expected.
  : Condition of room. Torn upholstery on ottoman. Towel rack hanging loose from wall. Wall light hanging loose from wall. Screen was bent. Neither pool or hot tub was available, this in particular is a no-no.

  : Breakfast was so-so. Food was good but there were only five tables in the breakfast area and three of those tables were taken up by one family. My wife and I had another table and a family of four could only seat two of their members at the table because of a lack of tables and chairs. The breakfast area could not accommodate many people at a given time.
  : The Internet was awful. In the 16 hours or so that we were at this hotel, I was never able to connect to the Internet. My wife complained to the desk and was told they would reset the modem and/or router. That didnt help and when I complained to the front desk the lady just shrugged her shoulders and told me there were a lot of people trying to also access the Internet.

  : Booked a room with whirlpool tub looking forward to soaking in this after a long day. No hot water......went to take a shower in the morning and had luke warm water. Flies also buzzzing around the room.

  : When booking room time asked for arrival--we chose 2-3 pm We tried to check in a half hour early and the two individuals at the front desk were short and rather rude, Plus the additional fee of $15.00 for early check in is BS! If you were going to charge for early check in that should have been stated when we were booking the room. We told them to forget the 30 minute early arrival and checked back in at 4 pm. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. We will avoid staying at another of your hotels in the future. We have stayed in many hotels this year and this was by far the worst ex
