  : Amenities were there just not like other motels. Very utilitarian. Which is fine it still was a nice stay

  : The managers are careful to emphasize that the facility is basic (meaning, especially no fancy furniture/carpet). That being said, there was a working microwave and refrigerator - as well as wall TV in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The manager also only books guest for at least 2 nights. However, if there is no vacancy, there is another motel nearby where he will organize a stay at a discounted price - also a possibility for one night.
  : I missed having a real coffee cup to heat water in the microwave for morning coffee (I brought instant coffee and tea). They offered styrofoam, but I didn't think that would be too healthy. In thinking about it, I guess there was always a breakfast room in previous venues where I could borrow dishes/silverware. So, bring whatever you need for "cookware" for the microwave. They used to have a Keurig coffeemaker available, but it is not allowed during the pandemic.

  : Easy accessable rooms. Laundry worked well.
  : Lock didn't work upon arrival. Mgmt did a tub non slip spray on all the rooms on Labor Day when they were full, and couldn't use shower for 6 hours.

  : Small rooms. Curtains didn't fit windows, no privacy, to close to private property.
