  : Staff was great.
  : There was a broken lamp hanging off the wall, bathroom wasnt clean 100%. There was hair on the floor and shower wall. Seems to have water damage on the wall as wallpaper was damaged. Caulk on bathtub was peeling and black in certain areas.

  : The breakfast both days was not good, not much of a variety. I don't eat sausage and gravy and the bananas were super brown. Same thing was served both days that i stayed.
  : I was overcharged for my room and then lied to about the amount I would receive back. After I left, I tried contacting them back but 5 days later they never answered the phone. I received an email from Booking.com and had their comment in regards to the complaint in which they lied and said I wasn't charged when I was no doubt overcharged. I'm a loyalty club member and I am livid at the way I am being treated.
