  : The toilet was clogged and the receptionist gave me a tool and I had to clean the toilet free by myself. I’m not a plumber.

  : Overrated & overpriced stay . Not worth it .
  : The attitude of the staff was rude . The B fast was very limited with cold boiled eggs & bread got finished at 8.40 am although the B fast timing was from 6.30-9 pm . One day in the morning at 8.40 am when I asked the staff about bread , she said it’s finished as there were lot of guest so bread is over . On asking again that my family needs to have B fast , a guest lady started passing comments that what am I pressing hard on the staff , she said pls go out & buy the bread & get urself a job . The attitude was horrible & the staff didn’t say anything .I tried to explain that as a guest it was my right to ask for B fast which was already limited . The lady who sat down with coffee kept on passing comments till I left the B fast area .

  : The room was very clean and the entirety of the hotel was renovated which was great!
  : It was extremely noisy at night because the walls are very thin and people slam doors. The beds were uncomfortable with dips.Breakfast options were limited: no milk, no cereal, no waffles, just some bread, coffee and eggs.

  : Reasonably sized room with a decent bed, mosquito net, an under-window aircon (haven't used) and a desk.
  : The whole building is a 2-story cardboard construction with squeaking floors and furniture shaking when one moves. Ultra thin walls, cheap furniture, primitivistic photo frames -- every single element of finish within the room and outside is cheap, painted over multiple times. The room is clean, but corridors with carpets stained all over again and again. Staircases closed for wet cleaning -- well all at once. The fridge tuned to freeze and is on all the time, the air fan in the bathroom as loud as one could possibly imagine. There is barely any pressure in the shower, so one struggles even to relax under it at the end of the day. The only day I actually wanted to have a breakfast in the hotel was when I had an early meeting and... the breakfast was over by 9:30 (my fault I guess, I should have paid closer attention, but 9:30 is very early in comparison to other places). Management opted for a fancy coffee machine, but a simple kettle that would permit one making coffee OR tea would actually be ways more convenient, in particular in the evening.So nothing terrible really, but paying $185 a night for that quality in the middle of nowhere is really not making one happy.

  : I liked the friendly staff. The pool was nice.
  : The $150 charge for my little dog for a 2 night stay. Didn’t know it was so high. Before we didn’t get charged at all. We’ve come to wild palms almost every year for the last 20 years.
