  : The rooms were okay and location was perfect.
  : I forgot in the closet some dressing pieces. I tried first to contact them by phone, then by email because I wanted to pickup them because it was supposed they had them in a lost/found office. Nobody answered my messages. Two days later of my checkout, I went to the hotel and arrived by 6pm. One lady in the reception told me that she couldn’t help me because the office was closed. I was trying to explain her that I was coming very far and she didn’t understand my situation saying that I needed to return again. Finally, I lost my pieces snd the customer service was terrible.

  : For what it is, breakfast is too expensive.And they charge you for any package received, for example, something from amazon.

  : There was nothing pleasant on this trip. The one good thing was that they allowed me to check in earlier even though they had initially rejected my request to check in early and the lady who checked me in was nice.
  : The cleanliness of the suite was off for me, even though they changed the suite about 20 minutes after checking in due to the handful of hair I found on the sofa I was about to sit on, the other room was worse, the sofa was torn and there were stains on the carpet and looks dingy, there was some sort of orangish/rust looking liquid leaking behind the toilet, the water in the shower took almost the whole day to run out of the tub after we showered early morning. The chairs in the restaurant have stains on them, and after moving to one that did not have stains, it was shaky and unstable. I cut short my trip because my partner did not want me to say anything to the front desk again and he did not want us to move to another hotel. I had to pay for a new ticket to get back home not to mention, that I lost two nights of hotel charges which they refused to reimburse me for checking out early. I wanted to leave the hotel but we got into a fight and needless to say, he had to stay on the sofa for the 4 nights we stayed. There was nothing to like on this trip, unfortunately. I am disappointed at the condition of these suites. I have been staying at this hotel since it was under Crowne Plaza and this is the worst experience.

  : The burger at the restaurant is pricey, but astonishingly good. We were here to attend a family celebration in one of the ballrooms. The room was comfy, the food at the event was very good.
  : I could do with more clothes hangers in the closet. I brought dresses for South Florida heat and humidity, and had to fold some of them over a skirt hanger. This is just a suggestion, not really a complaint.

  : Their computers were down so we got checked into a half cleaned room. We had to wait for them to finish cleaning it while we were in the room.
