: The house was beautiful, nested in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood . Although the neighborhood was very safe the added security made us feel extra safe . Each room in the house was very cozy and provided a warm environment for each guest . the house was so inviting we got visitors from a few deers !
: The temperature fluctuated from extremely cold to sweating hot , when arrived there some broken assets of the house that we weren’t told about including a broken window and the fan in the kitchen .

: The location in North Tacoma is the only positive about this rental. The house itself is cute, but the property managers did NOT do the proper cleaning in between guests! And I have the picture's to prove that statement. I am so disappointed in the interaction with Vacasa's customer service and the so called property management service that overlooks this particular rental. I will NEVER book a vacation rental thru that organization again! They were NOT responsive to my concerns and I was left to deal with a filthy house and no where else to stay!
: I called to let the property manager know that I wanted CLEAN comforters for the beds that we intended to sleep in, since the housekeeper's RECYCLED the same comforters from the previous guests . And again, I do have the pictures to prove that statement. I was assured by a Vacasa customer service rep that the "team of housekeepers" completely remove all of the used bedding and replace with new/clean bedding in-between guests. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! There was a used tissue left on the living room floor from the previous guests. This "TEAM of housekeepers" didn't even pick it up during their so called cleaning. I sent an email to Vacasa with the pictures and my concerns of the level of cleaning with absolutely no response from them! Their website even states that they are taking extra precautions because of Covid 19 by sanitizing all of the rentals in-between guests. This absolutely did not take place for this rental! They left the same comforters on the beds that the previous guests had used! How is that safe during a pandemic!? The housekeeper finally showed up after 1 PM to collect the dirty comforters. Then she came back after 6 PM with comforters in black trash bags, all wadded up in a wet pile inside these trash bags! I spent 2 hours drying the comforters so we could sleep with them that night! We checked out 1 night early because I could not handle the thought of how dirty they left this house for us to stay in. Considering the amount of money I paid for this vacation rental, I couldn't believe the way the staff/property management handled this whole situation. I am very disappointed and will definitely not recommend Vacasa to anyone! The website for this particular vacation rental states that there are extra blankets/bedding for the guests if needed. There was 1 bedspread upstairs in a dirty plastic bag. I found 2 extra fitted sheets for the queen beds.
