  : Price was affordable compared to the other options in that area (BW, Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, etc). Spacious room for 3 adults. Double queen beds were very comfortable. Blackout curtains and privacy shade for some natural lights. Toast to toast restaurant is an added bonus with decent pricing. Their club sandwich and single burger were delicious, and the portion was more than anticipated. We never got to try their breakfast options since we tend to sleep in, and they close by 10am-10:30am. There are plenty of dining options nearby and easy freeway access. We stayed in room 217, which faced the street, and did not hear any outside/traffic noise. The fridge and microwave are always bonuses when wanting to save money on dining/beverages. There are plenty of wall outlets and usb ports to charge anything and everything you need charging. They have dove products in the bathroom; conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and did not need any housekeeping services, so we can't speak to that.
  : The toilet was really low, almost like you are squatting, and people with mobility issues or just tall people (I'm only 5'1") could have a problem with it. We didn't hear much noise from the streets, but the noise from inside the hotel was not muffled at all. You can hear doors closing and children running. There was one set of ear plugs in the room if you needed it. Else, plan on bringing your own or asking the front desk for more. There isn't a door "security guard" (that metal thing at the top of the door that prevents people from opening the door all the way) just a deadbolt, so if you're a solo female traveler and needed that extra sense of security, you'll need to prepare for that. I had a non adjoining room, so I felt a little more at ease in combination with sharing a room with two brothers. otherwise, my anxiety would have been through the roof. Their staircase is right next to the entrance way, so if the lobby is packed, anyone can get through unnoticed, so just pay attention to your surroundings and stay alert. The elevator is small, so expect multiple trips if you're traveling with a group. We were 3 adults each with a luggage, and there was maybe room for 1 or 2 more people. I could not find where the ice machine was. The sign from the elevator floor 2 pointedd right. Got to the end of the hallway, and the sign pointed me back to where I came from. If there was a room with an ice machine, there was no visible sign for it. Maybe it was the room with the blacked out window that needed a key card to unlock.

  : The beds were too soft, carpet was wet next to.one of the beds, a half eaten chicken nugget was left in a chair and a juice packet was behind the nightstand.
