  : I love that they have full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner available and Dove brand at that! The bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked very well, thankfully. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Noise level was low and tolerable considering this is a pet friendly location. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we will be back next time we are in town for sure.
  : The room was a little dirty when we checked in, nothing too bad but still notable. I have small dogs so we had to move the recliner closer to the bed so that the dog would be able to get up and down from the bed safely and there were crumbs and dirt all under the chair. The bed also had some dirt on it.

  : The rooms were clean.
  : We were denied early check-in even after the front desk said we could check-in at 2pm. We advised, at the time of booking, that we would be arriving early from out of town and needed an early check-in. Upon our arrival, the front desk advised that the earliest we could check in would be 2pm. However, we reached out to management to see if we could check-in at 1pm in order to attend a wedding. Manager (Brittany) was horrible. She was being very short with us as if we were bothering her and told us that early check-in was not an option. If it is not an option, then it shouldn't be on the app for special requests, especially if management (Brittany) refuses to honor or acknowledge special requests, , even after the front desk said it was okay. Brittany was rude and unaccommodating & we were not allowed to check-in until after normal check-in time. She also refused me access to her supervisor. Brittany seems to require additional training in customer service. This was our first time staying with this brand hotel & I will not be recommending it to friends or family.

  : It was very clean. We loved the king pillows as most hotels given you tiny squares. We had a suite which was nice for the kitchen area to use. The pool was nice and kind of tucked away surrounded by trees. It was enjoyable. And thanks to the housekeeper for helping us get in our room as our key had to be redone later on! Saved is a trip back downstairs.
  : The Candlewoods sign lit up at night and was so bright you could see it through the curtains especially up top reflecting on the ceiling. Made it a little tough to sleep. Next time we'll request the backside.

  : The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk was nice. It included a comfortable bed and a hot shower. My room came with a great kitchenette. We stayed because it is dog friendly. If you are looking for something off I-10, this would be a good place to stay.
  : The hotel was a bit out of the way from midtown, downtown, and FSU/FAMU campus. For the price, it was a bit out of date and basic. Breakfast is not included.
