  : The staff was very friendly when we arrived the hotel is beautiful on the inside very well decorated the room suite was wonderful. Always enjoy having a sitting area and a sleeping area separate. That's always a plus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
  : I had contacted the facility by phone and my message to let them know that we would be coming a little early and ask if it was okay for us to check in about 2:00 and I never received a message back either by telephone or text through the app from the hotel. We were able to still check in early when we got there but it was a little disconcerting that no one responded when I had requested it initially 2 days prior to our arrival. On a second note the breakfast was just so bad. I know it is a complimentary breakfast but I've had so much better breakfasts at cheaper establishments.

  : I didn't get a chance to indulge in your facility due to the lack of electricity. We were in need of a place to stay after being hit by a tornado in Tallahassee. I left my name and number with the manager and never recieved a call nor refund.
  : The entire process was a hindrance instead of a refuge in the time of need. It's unbelievable that customer service couldn't make an exception in a natural disaster that you couldn't facilitate.

  : The staff at the front desk when we arrived was incredibly friendly and concerned we would be happy with our visit. Upon opening my door to the room I was assigned, there were no linens on the bed. I went back to the front desk and you were sold out but she gave me another room and said she would be going to the original room and making the bed herself since there was no housekeeping on duty. She was a really hard worker and continued to smile! Of course Mother Nature welcomed me with a major hurricane at 7AM, since I was on the top floor I went to the lobby. The hotel even lost power. She was still working and assured all who were in the lobby to stay calm and she made sure the coffee was plentiful. My kudos the the front desk staffer who worked very har and reminded calm and friendly.
  : When I entered my first assigned rooms the beds were not Ade and I noticed there was no mattress cover on one of them. Not good that were not made up! When the power went out and we needed to use the stairs, the emergency lights were not working and the stairway was dark. The lack of well trained housekeeping and maintenance is very concerning.
