  : The size of the room and the amenities.
  : The water pressure was very low which compromised my shower time. I even tried taking a shower at a different time of day and that did not change the water pressure. Also, the parking lot was very small and does not accommodate the amount of rooms in the hotel.

  : Spacious room and excellent cleaning service
  : We arrived to a room with a already clogged toilet. We called for maintenence and was told there was no maintenence staff, we asked for a plunger so we could do it ourselves and was told there were none available. We were told the only thing they would do is switch our room. We had already undressed, unpacked and settled in. I am disabled and after driving 8.5 hours to get there I was in no shape to move anything. We stayed in the room hoping not to wake up to sewage. My husband went to the front desk the next morning asking for a manager and surprise they have a plunger so we could do our own maintenence on your room unclogging someone else's feces. On another note.....there Isa person supplying the breakfast bar who needs to pull up their jeans. I was not over joyed looking at the underwear since they think it's appropriate to sag them under their butt cheeks. It was a young black person with short hair, slim build and I think they were female (not sure). They also had an attitude when I called them ma'am. This is not my first stay at this establishment but it will be my last. Mary Rhodes
