  : I love this hotel. My family and I stay here every time we are in Tallahassee, about 5 times a year. The property is beautiful, it's clean, it's fun, and an overall great vibe!
  : When we checked in on May 30th around 2pm (ish) a very sweet young lady took great care of us. My kids wanted to swim, so she told me that there was a Hilton property across the street with a pool. So we got dressed for the pool and went over to that property. We were there for maybe 2 hours. When my family returned, the sweet girl was gone. We were greeted by "we don't have a pool, do you even have a room here?!" By a middle-aged woman. She embarrassed us so badly in the lobby. She didn't even say "hello." I was so embarrassed to the point I was almost angry. I replied to her "yes we do!" And she kind of rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. My family wanted to leave because everyone in the lobby was looking at us. But I said no, we already paid and I love this hotel. She's just a bad seed. Later that day, we had a family member come to visit us, and she harassed her as well. Being rude and unprofessional. I didn't get this woman's name, but whomever she needs to be taught what professionalism and courtesy are. Hotels are a hospitality business. This was May 30th between 3-9pm. The next morning she was gone and everything was pleasant again.
