  : Convenience of location. Staff very helpful and friendly
  : Not enough electrical outlets in room. Had to put coffee pot on floor to use due to nowhere to plug in. Out window. Looking out at pool and mountains had big smear on it that reduced visibility.

  : A little pricey for the type of room. Also missing some of the complimentary toiletries. Assigned to a room on the 2nd floor but no elevator available that we saw. Ice machine was a long hike from our room.

  : Rooms undesirable, beds uncomfortable. Miss led promotion. No hot tub, no maid service. Not like pictures advertised.

  : Breakfast was excellent. Older motel but a good value for the area. Everything was clean. Other than the desk staff, everyone was friendly and pleasant.
  : Main desk staff needs some training in customer relations. Refused to use Triple A discount on second night stay. I ended up needing to cancel 2nd night due to my sister's back going out and her inability to walk far. I understand if their policy wouldn't allow this and would have accepted that. Rather their reason for not allowing cancellation of 2nd night was that reservation was made through booking.com - it wasn't. Booking.com called them and they gave me a receipt which showed 2nd night charge removed. Got home and called credit card. Charge was not removed. A little friendliness, a "I'm sorry we can't help you" and honesty goes a long way in solving a customer problems Now, won't be staying there again even tough we go through Taos periodically. Saving a few bucks not worth the hassle.
