  : The room and hotel amenities were great! Nice staff. Pool was lovely and poolside service as well.
  : Pool was a little dirty - just needed to be skimmed from bugs! Air conditioning in room did not really reach the bathroom so was a little tough to get ready, etc. Otherwise very nice room.

  : Location! Wine tasting staff Tracey was amazing and really turned around a horrible check-in experience and disappointing barely cleaned room! It was my birthday, I was promised a bottle of wine at check-in and sent to wine tasting room where they said that it wasn’t possible…they never do that! Tracey was exceptional and we enjoyed my 1st Temecula wine tasting and purchased a delicious bottle of sparkling rose. Other staff of high merit: Douglas, an older gentleman who shuttled us to nearby wineries and also delivered towels, soap, toilet paper and other amenities missing at check-in to our room. Staff member Gus! He was so kind and helpful with unloading our car, then taking our numerous items back and loading the car at check-out. He made the coffee and offered it cheerily both mornings in the lobby. Made us feel like special guests!
  : Minimally clean. Shower was smiley and again no toilet paper or hand soap . Pull-out sofa was un-usable. Hair and crumbs all over top and badly stained mattress…coffee or red-wine making disgusting. Front staff apologized but said they couldn’t change out the mattress /couch until after we checked out. The air-conditioning cut out on third morning at @ 3am. Staff responded : oh sorry, why didn’t you call maintenance ? At three in the morning when we were trying to recover sleep ? Please?! Our 2nd night we went to the pool and it was littered with/dirty towels and garbage. I cleaned up towels then had to wait for front desk to deliver clean towels. Next morning I was told that it was Spa staff responsibility and they leave at 6pm each night. So pool unattended until closed. There was just too much relying on guests to take care of amenities and cleaning and just suck-it up! Sooo not worth the $300 per night charge !

  : The spa rivalled the four seasons. The massages were excellent. I also found the prices for wine excellent. The local restaurant had terrific food

  : did not accommodate us when we had water leaking in our room from the room above us.spent hours waiting for help no one showed up to help my wife and I spent hours drying the walls and floors and the ac didn't work

  : The restaurant on site was amazing accident menu, and food quality.
  : My room was reserved for 3 to 4 people. I received 3 room keys and one didn’t work. The TV in our room did not work and we had to go a whole day without getting it repaired only to have to change rooms the following day. When we came back from tour that evening, the folding bed had no blankets sheets or pillows, not even in the closet, it took over two hours for staff to bring us those items which meant we couldn’t go to sleep toMidnight .

  : Not worth the money. We booked a room for 3 people and they didn’t even bring a sofa set for us, then when we asked to bring it, they brought 6 pillows instead. Look elsewhere!
