  : It was close to waffle house
  : I checked in close to 3pm , hurried to an event that started at 4 and got back late. The next morning I noticed what looked like washed off blood on one of the towels. Started looking around the room. Noticed small blood splatter on the wall as well as a lot of water staining on the wall. The water staining is whatever ...the blood droplets, nah. The room smelled like the Marlboro man spent the night in there and apparently there is no cure few w the pool becaise the ppl next door and a few others were at the pool from at keast 1230 am to around 4am and the ice they were smoking was coming right through my vents. One was legitimately howling like a dog and they were all screaming etc. I got 0 sleep . I asked the lady the next morning who I needed to talk to about a refund and she asked "oh are you the one who called last night " so I wasn't the only one complaining about the meth heads. She said she'd have the manager call me. Never did. I messaged them and haven't got a response . 0 stars. I know where I was . Tolleson is Methville USA but still BS

  : The pool and hottub were very nice, location perfect if you go to a concert at the talking stick amphitheatre.

  : Beds were fairly comfortable and it was inexpensive.
  : The reception office was locked and the staff at the front didn’t acknowledge I was waiting at the check in window until I knocked repeatedly. They were both playing on their phones and avoided making eye contact. After being acknowledged, I was told they were closed. When I said I had already paid for a room and needed to check in, they just kept repeating that they were closed and went back to their phones. Finally I managed to keep their attention long enough to be told that the office was closed for another 20 minutes and THEN I could check in. This should maybe be mentioned on the website or confirmation email. The customer service wasn’t poor, it was actually incredibly rude and embarrassing. After finally being able to check in, I was given the wrong directions to the room and the staff were obviously annoyed that I had wanted to check in earlier? The area is a little rough and the motel clearly isn’t concerned with overall cleanliness or aesthetic, but being ignored because staff can’t be bothered while one the clock was surprising and disappointing.

  : I've never had breakfast there and I e stayed there alot I love the location I think they need to beef up security and a comp breakfast would be nice .over all I love how helpful staff is and the rooms are pretty clean .I love the showers
