  : Fantastic location! Easy walk to the beach & other places like John's Pass. Dated, but cozy feel type rooms. Very comfortable. Pool area seemed quaint. They provide beach chairs & umbrellas if you so choose to use them. Most of the staff is extremely friendly.
  : Roaches. Loud people partying/& or fighting all hours of the night in the walkways. Couldn't leave the room. Cops showing up. People smoking weed by the pool area making it inaccessible to other guests. I think because there is no manager or any staff on after 5 PM, some people think they can do whatever they please. Ruins someones stay completely being confined to your room like a prisoner.

  : We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could ever need for a beach vacation. Vivian is a great host. I've stayed in many different beachfront hotels/motels and Vivian is among the few who really cares about guest's experience.
  : Overall the facility is a little outdated and may use some new touches. But it is clean and well maintained

  : Perfect location! Close to beach and johns pass! Room was huge. Beds were super comfy!
  : Might need a few more pots and pans but not an issue for us at all.

  : The best thing about this place is the location. They are a few steps from the beach. Second best thing is the size of the place. The apartment was pretty spacious.
  : The pictures were very deceiving. The apartment looked new and in reality it was very old and shabby. The carpet and the bathroom floors were stained and that made the place look dirty.

  : Its a short walk to the beach. Its not in walking distance to the nightlife. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to Sloppy Joe's and Ricky T's, but not a big deal as you can just catch an Uber for cheap.
  : The check out instructions given by reception when we checked in weren't super clear. She did say that all the same instructions were on a sheet in the room and a lot were but not all. However, she didn't specifically say we had to take out the garbage at the end of our stay. She just told us where the dumpster was located if we needed it. That instruction was not on the list in the room. She told my husband to leave the door unlocked. The email I received which I read a day after we checked out, said to lock the door and take out the garbage. We did lock the door but didn't take out the garbage. These aren't major things and we had a great time. Just suggestions to add in writing for your next guest.
