  : No valet. Extremely dirty in room. Huge gap under door of room. Could literally put my hand through it. Charged way too much for value of room. Staff unfriendly. Extremely disappointed Hilton.

  : The hospitality was great. It was clean.
  : There was a party going on that began at 8 am with very, very loud music on our first morning there. Several instruments, including drums, right under our window. It was so loud it sounded like it was in our room. After our outing, we returned to the hotel around midnight, and they were still partying in the lobby area. We were on the 6th floor and could still hear the noise. If it wouldn't have been such a hassle to get a refund, I would have canceled our second night. Although the facility was clean, I noticed there were holes in the duvet cover, and it was dingy.The only other complaint was regarding the ice machine. It was in a small enclosed room, and it had to be 90° in there, and the ice came out half melted. I was told by an employee that I could go to one of the other floors to see if another machine was any better. This was our first experience with Hilton. The reason for our trip took place in South Tucson, but we chose this location because I know the area. We won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, but we will not return to this location.

  : The facilities were very nice and it was Super comfy
  : The hidden fees. And attitude of assistant manager. I was trying to pay with cash and was told that I could pay on site and no credit needed when I got there manager was very irrate and rude telling me that I had to have a cc. I did present one for her. Also this was a nonsmoking hotel and we abided by the policy but we were assessed a fee for something in the room setting off their sensor. And were made to pay a 100$ fee. I could have stayed after and talked with the Mgr but inddnt have time nor patience for that at that time.
