  : The owner!! She was very kind and helpful. I sadly learned 1st hand the pain of being a small business owner when swallowed by franchises. It's not the 1st small business I've purposefully stayed at, but the story is the same.These motels are very clean and accommodating for the traveler.If only there was a way to market them better.The room was good size and very clean.

  : The staff here Rama and Ray are just delightful. As we are all ex-pats from the UK we had lots to talk about. Rama was so kind and caring. It was lovely to enter to the smell of Egyptian musk rather than chemical sanitiser. Ray took time to tell me how he uses it. The setting is right in the desert, next to Tucumcari mountain and set back from the freeway so I took a walk to watch sunrise. Big, comfortable bed and the property is very clean. Great value for a stopover.
  : I didn't realize there was no fridge or microwave. A mini fridge would be great. Rama very kindly let me use a microwave in another area to heat up leftovers.
