  : first of all the most important thing that bothered me and dodnot know bacause was not mentioned when i booked the hotel is the 15 dollars for parking!.Didn’t like colors of the rooms . didn’t like the smell of sewage in the bathroom. didn’t like the tub since no hose for the shower head . didn’t like not having laundry bags. didn’t like having no table to set at in the room. didn’t like the service for breakfast buffets . not enough staff and all the food all chuffed in one corner with not much choices for such a hotel and my coffee was served cold and staff are overwhelmed they forget about our water. got seated in hight chair and was difficult for my 7 year old daughter to get in and out of the table.

  : AC was very loud when turning on/off. To the point the we decided to keep it off, otherwise it would wake up our baby. I would have asked to change rooms, but our friends also complained about the same, so we thought changing rooms wouldn’t help.

  : The staff was incredibly rude, check in was decent but staff including kitchen staff (mostly) and some housekeeping staff was rude. 4 night stay, housekeeping was requested but never stopped by. I had to keep looking for them in the hall to request toilet paper and towels, which they didn’t want to give because “you have to speak to front desk first.” Kitchen staff was extremely rude, there was a gentleman the first day who was very accommodating in the kitchen. Other staff didn’t want to seat us, made comments to one another in Spanish (which I am fluent in, comments were not nice). The parking was $15 a night which should have been free, the lot was full daily, parking was a hassle lots of driving around until a spot opened up OR you park on the back side of the building that was not very secure. Breakfast was also not free, NOT A BREAKFAST BUFFET, mediocre food, nothing different to have to pay for it. Drinks were served to you, which was hard to get since staff didn’t come “wait” on clients too often. Overall, terrible experience, the staff needs to be trained on hospitality, too many additional charges and this place is not going to be recommended.
