  : The location of the property is wonderful. It is an easy walk to local restaurants and very close to the campus and UA football stadium. The SkyGate Terrace offers a pleasant place to relax and take in the night sky.
  : We rented a 2-bedroom condo, and the unit was not very clean. The stovetop had crumbs from previous use and grease uncleaned, the floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking barefoot in the unit. We do not wear shoes in our home, so this was not acceptable. While looking to pick up my ring I dropped next to the bed, I discovered garbage under the bed from a previous guest. The garbage needs to be emptied at the end of your stay, and when I removed the garbage bag, that was in the can from the start of our stay, there was garbage in the bottom and food spills, just more evidence of poor cleaning. Additionally, there is no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom, the only closet is combination locked. The master bath lacks a place to hang towels, a robe, or toiletries in the shower. At $460+ per night, I expect cleaner accommodations. On the flip side, the staff are very friendly.
