  : They don't have proper staff. When 9 got there to check in, the employee was on dinner break.... insat in my car for 15 minutes amd then stood at the counter another 10, because other people came in after me and I wanted to be helped first....

  : The hotel is located near many amenities including a grocery, fast food, petrol, laundromat, liquor store, smoke shop, pizza place and just down El Camino Real heading West, many more shops, restaurants and a Fed Ex centre. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff were friendly & nice. There's also a pool in the front of the hotel. It is accessible by bus if you don't drive. The 5 freeway is literally right across the street so you can go wherever you need to in So Cal. The room also included internet, cable TV, a microwave and a fridge. There's also a free phone in each room that accesses any number in the 714 area code. Other calls aren't possible.
  : This hotel does have people who regularly live there. There were no problems, sometimes the kids were loud in the morning but they weren't obnoxious.
