  : I have had the worst experience of my life at this hotel because of a racist and unhelpful receptionist. He verbally assaulted me, insulting and shouting at me simply because I spoke to him in English but to my friend in Spanish. This behavior was unprofessional and unwarranted. Feeling very uncomfortable, we chose to leave the hotel.We sat in the car for two minutes to calm down before going on the road but he followed us with his car to continue the confrontation, he started yelling at us, demanding that we leave immediately. I have never encountered such a cruel person in my entire life. I hope nobody else has to go through such a horrible experience. I urge the hotel management to address this matter seriously. Every guest deserves respectful treatment regardless their nationality. It is my suggestion that the receptionist in question receives appropriate training in customer relations and gets some cultural sensitivity, or consider a different role that may be better suited to his strengths.
