: Nice small house. Very clean. Good cooking facilities. The location is great. Communicating with the host was very easy via SMS.

: Great location! The home was clean and accommodating. Really enjoyed the spacing in the home and all the window openings for natural light. It was such a bright and refreshing stay. Great spacing in the kitchen as well.

: location was good, walking distance to town of Vineyard Haven; loved that we were able to bring our dog along!!! Cute front porch.
: dryer was broken so unable to do laundry, no garbage bags, drawers in dresser were wonky, burnt out lightbulbs in kids room, windows wouldn’t stay open in living room and had to prop them open with cutting boards, latches missing on screen door

: The location was great. The cost was low for the area. Had I known That, I would have gladly paid more. That about sums up what was good.
: This was the most poorly put together rental I’ve ever stayed in. The furniture would have been rejected by Goodwill. Bureau draws almost fell out on my foot. There were very limited started up supplies. The laundry area was filthy. With capacity for six, there were three unmatched glasses and four coffee cups, and no hangers for the closets.When I called Patrick, the property manager, he blamed everything from Covid to past renters for the conditions. Whining from the staff is not what anyone wants to hear on a vacation. I will say, after some persuasion, Patrick sent a nice bag filled with new glasses and wine glasses.Thankfully, Martha’s Vineyard and it’s beautiful shores and welcoming people saved the day. The island is a delight. Good, decent, hardworking folks show tremendous patience with wandering tourists.

: House was not clean!!! The drapes were falling down, the window sills were filthy. There was no attention to details. Sofa and beds were uncomfortable, stains on the furniture. Was given wrong key and code to access the house. There were inadequate dishes and glassware and utensils. Lack of basic condiments.
