  : The property went through renovations and the initial appears look good. The location and sushi was even better.
  : The cleanliness of the room I was givenwas not to code. I felt unheard about my complaint of getting new sheets to sleep in the bed and removing the dust near the bed. Customer experience was not good. The sheets never got changed/replaced. I asked three times at the front desk could my room sheets be changed. The first attempt the response was ok via a call down to the front desk. I gave my room number and thought the sheets would be replaced the next day. No sheet replacement. The next day a guy came to attempt to fix a sink and I mention to him nothing is wrong with the sink. The communication was poor because we had to use a translator via phone so I really could not explain my concern effectively. The same day I went down to the front desk and asked could my sheets be replaced and the front desk clerk marked me down for the sheets to get replaced.That evening came and we got into our room and yes the sheets was not replaced. I put in this request prior to when the ladies who upkeep the rooms went home for the day. Third attempt, I went down and showed an image of the dirty sheets and the clerk told me that the room will get the full service refresh. It never happened. I even went to the cleaning lady while she was on the floor to explain and ask could my sheets be replaced because it was not getting done by the front desk. She said yes but the dirty sheets on the beds was remade but not replaced.Along with renovating the building, customer service team needs to renovated on the way customer service is managed . I never got the sheets replaced. I stayed with this hotel for 5 Days. I made the best of it because I didn’t want to ruin my son experience so I slept on top of towels.I know the response to this review will be we will address the matter internally with the hotel staff and we hope we can make your stay better but NO my experience should have been made better at the time of my stay.

  : Room didn’t quite match the pictures. Although clean and can tell there have been renovations just expected a tad bit more. Elevators and hallways were hot I believe there was some maintenance

  : The location was absolutely perfect. Great location for restaurants, boardwalk, and of course the beach. Loved the oceanfront view from the 7th floor and larger balcony. A/C was awesome! Bedding was extra comfortable!
  : No A/C in the hallways (minor problem). Not enough people working to check people in or out. Looks like renovated recently. However, the accent carpeting around the bed was extremely dirty and needed a deep cleaning to get out heavily stained areas of the carpet. All laminated wood or similar would be cleaner at the ocean & easier for staff to clean. No plastic liner in shower only the outer curtain, so water all over the floor after a shower.

  : Just the general location and the restaurant inside and beside it.
  : Seems staff member on Saturday had attitude called inquiring about more bathroom linens was told it would be up. 45 minutes later nothing. I understand that they might have been busy but tell me that or ring me back on the phone and we could made adjustments. Also don’t slam phone down in customer ear before me acknowledging if I need anything else. That rude and I wanted to go approach the worker. Also nobody answers the phone or returns email called several times before arriving and got sent to voicemail and no answer came back about the first responders discount. A simple answer of yes or no would have been great. Also refrigerator was not working . I was even more upset of paying 100.00 extra dollars for deposit after dropping 1065.00 It may not mean nothing to others but I always my financial stuff planned out and then boom!!! 40 for parking and 100.00 extra

  : The room was and is always clean. This time I booked a cheaper rate which gave me a smaller room but that was my fault. I should have upgraded.
  : The room I booked was too small and I asked for a high floor but only got to the 4th.
