  : The view was decent. You have to have an end room to see just the ocean any other rooms it looked over the pool and a little of the ocean
  : The staff wasn’t very friendly. I checked in on a Monday, had two rooms but had 3 vehicles the third vehicle didn’t arrive till Tuesday. I was told the day before that it would 10.00 extra a night for parking which was fine. When I went to the front desk on Tuesday I was told it was 25.00 a night. I explained everything I was told the day before and the lady at the desk was rude and wouldn’t let me have the original price of 10.00

  : The only good thing about the place was the location.
  : The hotel was filthy and not taken care of. Room Air conditioning broken, lobby air conditioning broken, elevator broken, shower broken, outside shower in pool area broken etc.. Also no one came in to clean our room in our 4 night stay. They never brought towels, soap, shampoo or changed any trash cans. Even with all that the cleanliness level is so bad it was definitely the worst part. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down.

  : It's the only good that the property is close to the beach!
  : First of all, there was very poor service. The customer service usually dont answer your calls. The hosekeeping is so late to take care of your room. I asked loby reception in person in the morning and then every hour to send someone for housekeeping, but they did not show up. In the evening, I followed up again, and finally, they came. I asked staff about cleaness issues in this hotel, and they told me we are short of staff. Why in summer with so many guests a "hotel" should be low staff!! The cleanliness of this location, including outdoor pool and hallways, is so bad. The breakfast cafe area was also dirty. An old lady was in charge and she was using a cloth to clean tables. They just spread viruses and bacteria all over places. There was a dirty water, brown color, came out of some sewer near the outdoor pool area and staff just puch those waste water to the drain. So nasty smell! My family and I got sick after this vacation.

  : Very dirty! Only good thing about my stay was being close to the beach and being able to bring my dogs!
  : Room 510 curtains had blood on them, my bed comforter was dirty and I asked for them to be replaced numerous of times! They didn’t care!

  : Everything from the time I checked in until the time I left. Mold on the ceilings. Was told I would have late check out then rudely had maids to clean room at 1030. Called front desk about it and she hung up on me.

  : It was dirty from the elevators to the hallways-the room was smelly..the bedsheets were unclean - the fridge and microwave were not wiped out. We ended up not staying - the thought of being there was sickening. The hotel staff said they could not refund our entire deposit due to the booking.com policy - so at this point we’ve lost 250+ dollars **it will remain to be seen if we are credited back the 500+ of the remaining balance** …. This experience left a very bad outlook on this hotel ownership and booking.com - as we showed up with full intentions of enjoying our getaway - we did not cancel for reasons other than the hotel was nasty and we shouldn’t have to pay to stay in filth. We were fortunate to move a few hotels down and get a room - that was clean and better satisfied our needs as far as laying in a clean bed and walking on a clean floor etc …. we paid a bit more but I guess the old saying **you get what you pay for** still holds true. I’m pretty much done with booking.com - as this is the second time I’ve been hit with a surprise when getting to the property. The first being in April - same area … the hotel charged us an additional 40 dollars because we booked third party …… and this last fiasco by having to pay for a night at a hotel we didn’t even stay at due to that place being unclean. I’m not a wealthy person but I have standards as I hope most average middle class people do.
