  : I liked the location, no big issues( in my room)*, clean enough.
  : The price despite location seems lacking given the lack of amenities. The state of the room i.e. loose electrical outlets, door fitting was poor and difficult to open and close, the toilet handle came untightened on first use and I had to fix it. my mother in laws room had no mirror their mini fridge did not work their hair dryer only blew cold air and some of their outlets didn't work.

  : The location, swimming pools, friendly staff (for the 1's that understood English) worker's were also friendly by body language
  : No breakfast, very tight parking garage, room's need upgraded, staff worker's are all Hispanic, only the check in desk understood English, the workers we had didn't understand English

  : Close to the beach. I don’t like to complain. And he already gave me that room, had I called or went back and complained I’m sure he would have kicked me out and kept the money I already paid. So I just left after the night!
  : My father passed away on June 29th. We had already planned on going on a beach vacation with our dad before my brother went back home to his moms and then this happened. With everything going on we needed to get away! I decided to take my 15-year-old brother to the beach anyways to get our minds off of the loss of our father. We live in Ohio. Far far away from an ocean beach! My brothers never been to Virginia. And he’s only seen the ocean once before. We got to Virginia Beach at like 7am. After driving all night long. We get to the hotel to be told to come back at 9:30 from the guy. When we got back at 930 I was told that I would have to pay an extra 75 on top of what I had already spent from the girl. I had planned on staying a few more nights. So I said I would wait until i didn’t have to pay so much extra to check in. She said come back at 2. That it would be 25 extra then. I came back at 2 and they refused to let me check in early. He said come back at 330. When I reserved the room I requested a room with either an ocean view/ pool view. When he gave me a room across the street I thought something wasn’t going to be right. Then I got a room with no view at all. No real window even. Just a tiny spot to let a tiny bit of natural light in. You have to walk out onto the top of the parking garage to even see anything. When trying to walk into the room you fall over the big ledge you have to step up into. Then the door wouldn’t shut right, and wouldn’t lock. So anyone could have walked right into the room at anytime. While getting a shower the water pressure kept loosing pressure. The elevator was very sketchy!! Every time we drove in and out of the parking garage it was creaking really bad. Almost like it was trying to break. I had planned on reserving another room for another at least two nights. But after all that crap I decided to just go home and get smacked in the face there! Why pay people to treat me like crap and give me a crap room?

  : On 07/06/24 I made reservation for 3 nights on booking.com. On 07/08/24 at 3:06pm I called at the Hotel and told a staff that I will arrive to check into the room at 5:06pm. I arrived and was told where I was going to be staying. The room location wasn't what I was looking for. So I asked if they have any rooms oceanfront and I was told no, which is understandable. So the staff told me to wait 15 minutes, which turned out to be 45 minutes to get access to my room I've made reservation for. Now, while waiting many other customers came into the building to check into their rooms. But there was a lady and also a family who was assigned to the same area of the hotel that I was assigned to, and they also made reservations on booking.com. They also was not pleased with the location and asked if they could be assigned to a oceanfront room. Sadly but surely the same guy at the front desk that told me that there weren't any oceanfront available, walked and showed the lady and also the family of four what he has available for oceanfront rooms. I walked into the room and found Doritos on the floor. Unfortunately I didn't know that the review would ask for pictures, so nevertheless, I'll take many pictures next time.We as a people are made in the image of God and we should therefore walk and behave as He commands us to. His not a "respect of person", meaning He doesn't show favoritism.
