: It was a great space that accommodated my family. The appliances were in good working order.
: There were cleanliness issues BUT Kevin was great. He cared about my complaints and did what he could to rectify them. I wouldn't rent a connected space again because my adult children enjoy having fun when they get together and I had them basically walking on eggshells.

: The location was convenient to the beach, mall and shopping centers. The kitchen was very nice with plenty of pots and pans
: The furniture was old and sunken, the house had a stale smell. The master bed was setting on the floor, the other beds had very thin mattress with boards under them for stability. All the chair to the dining room table were damaged in some form. The outside appearance was poor with the outside trash full and smelly. Not worth the money spent. Also the bathtub and shower were not very clean and without slip resistant mats or tub strips and no bathroom safety rails. The host/ owner should consider accommodating elderly and persons with disabilities.

: Nice size space.
: There were only 2 tv’s throughout the entire house....couldn’t really watch tv as it only had streaming! The house was open when we arrived (back door and windows), also there was only 1 girl and there were 4 of us staying at the house. The cleaning crew did a horrible job(clothes left behind guest bathroom door as well as a hair tie,floors not swept (hair along the base of the tub floor) and the water pressure was low and didn’t get that hot.

: Very spacious and bright. A thousand times better than a cramped hotel room. A large kitchen and washer and dryer made it convenient and 3 bathrooms were a huge plus!
: We are a family of 6 and were short on table settings and the table was short a chair. We managed with paper plates and plastic forks, which worked since it meant less dishes for me.
