Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Paniolo Greens Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests checking in must be at least 21 years old.

After hours check-ins should pick up the white phone on the wall outside the check in office for security assistance.


The sidewalk repairs work will be there on outside of the buildings of the resort,from 8th Nov to 30th Nov,2021.Renovation work will be done from 08:00am to 05:00pm daily. Additionally, noise, dust, odors, and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
