WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for US$50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please Note: Guests will be asked to agree to a rental agreement with the property.

Please Note: Guests must be 25 or older to stay at the property. No pets are allowed at the property. No smoking is allowed at the property. Shoes are not allowed indoors.
