  : The breakfast was really good. The lobby was beautiful. The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming.
  : We asked for our room to be refreshed everyday and even reminded lobby check in staff everyday for our 6 night visit. Twice it was skipped despite our asking and leaving a tip in the room. We had to continue to ask for towels and toilet paper throughout the stay since there were 4 of us, it was like pulling teeth. Also, the room always seemed damp- there was no active exhaust fan in the bathroom. The towels never dried though we hung them up. We would turn down the thermostat to get the AC to take out the humidity which left us too cold so we toggled it up and down. The mattresses seemed a bit spent since they were dented in spots.

  : I had housekeeping service twice. The first time it was superb. The second time it was subpar. I did tell Mariel at the front desk about it.

  : I booked a suit 2 weeks prior to my stay. I have a baby so I wanted to have more space and a tub. A kitchen with a fridge and freezer for the baby’s milk so on and so fourth. They called me one hour before check in and said they don’t have it. I was 30 minutes away. I got there they said they could comp my food. Charged me full price for the lesser room than I booked and would only run my card for $150. They ran it for $220 for a room I didn’t want and comp no food. I would like it all refunded. This is so unexceptionable. I feel like I got so screwed.
