  : The staff was wonderful and it’s a great location
  : Communication prior to arrival and check-in. I was told I would receive information at 3 even though I wanted to check-in around noon. It was obvious no one had been at the property for a few days since there was a Sunday paper at the door.After no information, I called at 3:45. Steffon, the city host, had no information of where I was staying and I didn’t know because no one would give me that information until check-in. It took an additional 15 minutes for him to track it down. There was no hair dryer, luckily I brought my own.The amenities listed cable channels. There were only local news and a few others, like QVC. No cable news. Once I was settled everything went well.

  : Loved the pool and fitness studio, and the host was very gracious in letting me checkout a little later. All staff were amazing!! So nice and helpful. The maintenance was wonderful too.
  : Checkin was very messy and difficult. Too many forms sent last minute. Place is a bit small and the furniture is strangely way too big for it?
