  : You’d never know dogs had been in any of the rooms, it was very clean.
  : Rooms smell like mildew and were damp. The air conditioner hasn’t been cleaned ever, so that’s where the mildew smell was coming from.

  : This place deserves no stars at all! Upon arrival into our “large cottage” Cottage 11 we were greeted by an infestation of ants all over the kitchen. At first we thought maybe it was just a few so we killed them and finished unpacking. However, as the days went on the ants became worse and worse to the point of us having to throw food out because the ants were all over the place including the cupboards. The booking stated it included a “full” use of kitchen. The microwave did not work, there were only 2 forks and 1 spoon, the oven was missing a knob. The curtains in the living room were broken and did not cover the window all the way. In the bathroom, the drawers were all missing. The little shampoo and conditioner bottles they provide you were 1/4 full which means they were already used. So disgusting! They include a hidden pet fee of $35 per dog per day. Lastly, every time we went to the office to ask for a towel or blanket they told us they either didn’t have any more or they were being washed. Happened twice to us! This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and I highly recommend you never going or booking. It was a nightmare and not even worth a $1 to stay at. Horrible, dirty, smelly, and infested with bugs.
