Disappointing

  : Homemade ice cream Location- proximity to beach, restaurants, grounds, professional gentleman at check in.
  : Owner's attitude, (my fault; accused her of misrepresentation) said bed wasn't Queen. 1/2 of bottle of shampoo indicated bathroom wasn't cleaned. Items under bed (not vacuumed) freezer defrosting puddle on carpet. Large and small stains on mattress cover. No soap in dispensers, no coffee pot in unit. Told "we never fill soap dispenser s." Also "only rooms with kitchenettes have coffee pots". My reply, " I wrote twice re coffee pot and no response". I brought coffee, filters, milk and sugar...expected coffee pot. She agreed that she didn't respond. 1 wrapped plastic glass in room, 1 bath towel. Required 3 trips to office and 3 encounters with Juliana, the owner. Last encounter elicited a reaction I've not encountered in my life, "...if you return with any further...I will tell you to leave. That was the second time. My insistence that the bed wasn't a queen really provoked a complete bad karma vibe (her words) and 1st suggestion I leave and receive a full refund. When put in context our initial encounter does not forgive room , uncleanness, defrosting freezer on carpet, 1 cup, bath towel (2 people), no soap, no response to either message.
