  : I booked online. When I arrived to the woodspring suites at 8:55pm local time, was told I had no room and the hotel was sold out for the night. My teenage son and I were sent away and charged over $200 for a room we never used. I've called the hotel on 3 different occasions to ask for help resolving this situation. Was told once I'd receive a call back from a manager and no one ever called. On one call, I was dismissed and told that there were rooms available that night and I should not have been told otherwise. Well, I was turned away. That's all I know. And like I said, charged for a room I never used. Such a bummer. I'm a single mom on a fixed income and dismissed as if I don't matter. You guys stink!
