  : It was not very clean. The secondary door latch was missing. The heater/ac unit was covered in crud. The room was not well maintained.

  : .NATIONS INN STAFF AND FACILITIES HAVE ALWAYS STOOD OUT TO ME FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND APPRECIATED. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. THEY ARE HAVE BE VERY HELPFUL TO ME PERSONALLY WHEN I HAD A QUESTION OR HAD A SPECIAL REQUEST! they do have breakfast every morning thats free for guests and i personally love the waffle maker because i hold a sweet tooth that can not be ignored for too long...lol. NATIONS INN is a wonderful place to stay with services that go above the normal . I have regularly chosen Nations Inn while visiting Jefferson NC and ive had a need to stay at this location frequently the past 3 years so i honestly have had good observation to come to a reliable opinion of the property and services products and staff at Nations Inn. they are above average in all functions of business and its the staff and of course the management and owner that pull it all together and that take that extra time and effort to give guests an OUTSTANDING experience with their stay!
  : the only thing i could possible say that i was a little discomforted about WAS REALLY UNDERSTANDABLE BECAUSE OF THE BUSNESSES FUNCTION THAT PROVIDE A VERY PERSONAL SERVICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC is that there was a slight problem with the pluming due to unusual circumstances but the GOOD part about it is that the staff once again were quick in action to fix the issue, lucky for them and myself that it was easy to resolve.The innitional problem was not their negligence ,and was more likely the actions of a prior guests, past stay, that caused another issue. so really the staff were still just as wonderful with their service during a problem/issue that arose and is expected to arise being a hospitable business and the facilities are just as good in standing up to being above average with or without a problem issue. i observed the staffs actions and understanding along with the long term, steady history of A+guest experiences ive had so far at NATIONS INN.

  : Furniture was dirty. Sheets on the bed did not appear to be clean. Stopper in the sink was broken.

  : EVERYTHING! DIRTY! NO ICE BUCKETS! NO ICE IN MACHINE ON YOUR FLOOR. FOUND OUT AT CHECKOUT THAT ICE MACHINE WAS IN LOBBY! WASN'T TOLD THIS AT CHECK-IN!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! VERY DIRTY! SPIDER WEBS IN STAIRWELL! I NOW REALIZED WHY SO CHEAP!!!

  : The rooms had some electrical wiring exposed, sheets had stains with cigarette burns on bedspreads, rooms smelled musty and unpleasant. One of the staff was rude.
