  : the lady that was there at the desk when we checked in was soooooooo nice , you should hire more people like her if there are many people like her left in this world lol , let her train all your new people, we checked in around 10:00 pm on May 5th I should have gotten her name . a smiling face and a friendly attitude goes a long way .

  : Not enough towels or wash clothes for 4 people. Didnt see a cleaning lady to get more.

  : I didn't like the fact that the staff didn't know if the pool was open or not and we paid for this hotel for the fact that it had an in door pool I did all my home work I looked on the app and called before booking and Evan asked the day I arrived and was told it was open and on my 2nd day there had the kids all ready to go to the pool because that was the plan for the day and the pool was closed the office staff was very rude and one of them Evan told me that if I wanted I could swim at my own risk I will never book with them again because I was out $120 in swimming stuff for the kids and had to pay to take the kids to swim elsewhere because of them not doing there job right in the first place and lying saying the pool was open

  : We enjoyed a good hot breakfast. The location was right off the highway and close to stores and casino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we travel this way.

  : the late night desk person was so nice!!! I wish I would have gotten her name.
  : the bed was not comfortable, a little two stiff for us.. .The sheets on the bed where not pulled down and tucked in, our feet and legs were coming out till we remade the bed.
