  : Front desk man was rude when I questioned why my confirmed price was $100 less than what he was trying to charge me. At first he tries to blow me off "Sounds like a Booking.com problem" it took an argument to get him to honor the confirmed price in my email. Website says they offer room service, have an on site restaurant open to 11p and in room breakfast. This is specifically why we chose this property. 5p on a Sat it was closed and there was no in room dining offered at all. Room was dirty, mildew and hair in the bathroom, stained sheets and comforter, and popcorn peeling off the ceiling. Very run down. Never stayed at such a low rent Hilton property in my life and won't be returning.

  : We were given a room at the first floor and it was not a nice room nor comfortable being exposed to outside. When I asked the front desk if we can have a room above first floor, the front desk receptionist said I didnt request no first floor during the booking. The second person told me the booking.com customers are just for the first floor. I booked for 2 nights, but stayed just one night. They assigned a 2nd floor room with double beds from a king bed on the first floor. The second floor was much better with the bathroom seemed to be remodeled while the first floor bathroom seemed so old. No refund as I booked no refund booking. Hampton Inn near by seems much better.
  : The facility is very outdated. This is the only hotel I ever stayed in offered first floor guest rooms. It doesnt feel right.

  : The location is very good
  : The one front desk employee was very brusque when I pointed out the top sheet had dark streaks, we didn't look to closely at from what. She did offered to get new one, but I was shocked for the large amount of money were spending, she did not offer some compensation for dealing with that level of quality. Hilton web says room service which was part of the reason we chose them. They do not have room service. They do not even have a fridge in the room to help compensate

  : I liked leaving the parking lot and not looking backever.
  : My room was on a floor with several youth hockey clubs. The hall was used as a playground ( actual hockey sticks and small goal net were set up). Kids were out of control and parents didnt care; in fact parents wheeled desk chairs out in the hall and congregated there while children played LOUDLY. A call to the front desk yielded no results. This occurred both Friday and Saturday night while I was there and then Sunday morning when they were leaving was another free for all. This behavior was also happening in the lobby area when I went down for breakfast, so there is no way management wasnt aware. While this was an unfortunate weekend stay for me, I will contact HR to remove Hilton Doubletree from my corporations list of approved hotels.
